Refund policy

We have a zero return policy, which means you have to make sure everything is spelled correctly or details were given to ensure accurate custom creations. 

Balloon garland deposit is required and none refundable however if a circumstance qualifies, we can discuss a date change to transfer your balloon garland deposit. Only one transfer date is permitted. Therefore you forfeit your balloon garland deposit.

To discuss if you qualify for a date change for your balloon garland, contact me at pm.party.planning@gmail.com   or direct message on instagram. Despite having my teen work with me for balloon setups, you are not permitted to speak to my under age child. Please do all communicating with me, Nirian.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as humanly possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items cannot be returned due to items being custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
