Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

I am not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

I take great care in packaging your items. However, I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Unfortunately I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements. However I value your kindness and understanding, if the time permits I may redo the item for you and expedite shipment at an extra charge. International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary significantly.
