How to Order Custom Embroidery

1. Contact Me on Instagram after purchasing your choice of wear online.

   To begin your custom order, please send me a direct message on Instagram. We’ll discuss:

   • Design, send me your design to get digitize and ready to embroider.

   • Placement will front center for this listing

   • Apparel Color options (select Multicolor if you don't see your choice of color. I will discuss this on our chat on Instagram: @apieceofamoment.apparel ) 

   • Apparel brand (Fruit of the Loom, Amazon Essentials, Hanes, Jerzees, Old Navy etc.) 
   • Apparel sizing (always size up for ultimate comfort)
   • Final approval before embroidery begins

2. Payment & Terms

   • Full payment is required before any embroidery work begins

   • All sales are final – no refunds if you change your mind

   • No design changes can be made once embroidery has started

Unisex Fit & Sizing

Most sweaters are labeled as a relaxed, versatile fit that’s comfortable for all genders. Please refer to the sizing chart to select your best fit.

Note: These measurements are based on Hanes’ official “US Regular” size chart for their EcoSmart line .
